Ret pala beating combat rogue? no
Blood DK in last 5? LOL no.
in an almost bugless core assuming (havent played lordaeron)
Well, no.
Festergut isn't even closely representative of the average ICC encounter. He's a Patchwerk that strongly favors melee DPS and classes with powerful major defensives (Ice Block, Dispersion), and punishes pet-based classes (pets don't dodge malleable goo but are afflicted by its slow).
Let's also keep in mind that even retail itself wasn't 100% bug-free.
Dps should look like this in icc pve.
1.Rogue
2. Warrior
3.Feral
This is real wotlk dps from /2010/05/ .

Maybe it would look like that if those charts include add clearings. Stop deluding yourself. Dps won't look like this.
@thread
I'm excited about the core change, however, I can't help but wonder one thing. Why is warmane releasing it so early. Why is it not released when it's actually working almost perfectly instead of now, when it's unfinished. A lot of things on PTR are still bugged. And as far as I'm aware PTR runs the newest version of our soon-to-be core. I'd get it if warmane does it because of financial reasons. A new core might attract more players and thus more donations. But still we'll be more or less on the same old track. Some things work well, others don't. Some of the newer bugs are fixed and some of the older ones which were fixed on the older cores will come back. Personally I find the decision not thought through. And unless some serious hot-fixing goes through the next months to ensure the quality of the new core I think many players will feel the same way.
If I'm to guess, it's much easier to maintain 1 core instead of 2 different ones (think of development time, bug tracking etc.). Also, sure the new core will probably be far from perfect, but still a lot better than what we have now. I think efficiency and simplicity is what they aim for right now.
Fury has a very large potential to be top DPS, look at Klinda.
PvE itself is essentially built around RNG, so if you get crits I'm fairly sure any class can be top DPS. I swear combat rogue presses like 3 buttons, so I don't see how it'd be top deeps? o.o
You forgot Beast Mastery mate and from tests I've seen on the PTR it's gonna be MM>BM>Survival.
Your comment has nothing to do with the thread, asking about a feature of a weapon in a public test realm.
Greetings!
First of all dont go harsh on me if i'm going to ask the question which is already answered!
I was looking on forums but i didnt found what i wanted. I am wondering is this new lordaeron core based on AT PvP scripts and fixes + Warmane PvE fixes, or its all Warmane work (pvp+pve)? I was speaking with Lordaeron people about pvp stuff (talents, spells. resilience etc etc) but i dont find their answers too accurate because they still dont have end game gear and i honestly doubt that they recall how dmg (and dmg reduction) looked like when retail was on Naxx patch. I would appreciate answer from Dev or Moderator. Thanks !
p.s. please dont answer me like "ofc it's all Warmane work because AT and Warmane are united" or somtehing like that, it was not my point.
EDIT: after reading my post i got worried that people will fail to understand my exact point because of not so great english knowledge. Basically i am asking here, is new core build from exact AT "pvp core" + "developed Warmane pve core" or our warmane team started from 0 and did everything.
Edited: March 23, 2016
Warmane devs did it themselves, although they didn't start from 0, they took trinity core, which is an open source core and modified it to their needs and fixed a lot of bugs.
Edit: If it were AT core there would be a lot fewer pvp bugs.

Thanks for answers, I did some "research" how it works and i realise that my question was a bit silly.....
Thanks for making this clear to me.
