Another post about Uld, I'll say what i did in the other.
You get gear from Clearing bosses in Ulduar, you do know this right?
So what you can't clear it because of the buff, get more gear from Naxx, Sarth, Eye, and the bosses you cleared in Uld. Look at your raid comp, seriously though there are a lot of options to do while being stuck on progression. So quit crying because its hard.
We're on patch 3.3.5, the game simply by it's own nature was patched up and the challenging factor of the raids was gone. We feel obliged to make the raids challenging and also remain true to the hardcore experience.
We also have a detailed perspective and view into the actual data, we have complex logging systems that keep the difficulty in check. Without going into much detail, larger part of the Ulduar instance has been defeated by more than 40 different groups so far and we released it very recently.
[QUOTE=superickoman;2669537]And what boss are you stuck on?/QUOTE]
Thorim is actually a problem ( and we know all tips ).
We've tried Mirmiron and Freya just to see, so i can't speak too much about those boss (but the 25M Hp for Mirmiron phase 1 and 2 was funny :D ).
A good compromise would be to create a second server and leave the buffs on there, and allow the "git good" and "hardcore" players to transfer there for free and fester in their little toxic community.
That is a really good idea, would be awesome LORDAERON with rates x 1 and blizzlike difficult and maybe HARDAERON for our lovely toxics hardcore that are megapro and spend hundreds of hours ingame.
I have seen many nice people leave the game very upset because of the actual endgame.
I want always trully thanks to Warmane by the awesome job in Lordaeron, it feels like real wow but the decision of change blizzlike to make happy some pros is one of the worst things ingame.
Its very simple,
The server was advertised as "hardcore" and all features were listed even before its released in a mile long thread (RDF being disabled was also listed there).
You came here knowing that (or missing it i guess since you are complaining) and the type of the realm will not change no matter how much you complain. It was made that way and it will stay that way, you not paying attention is your fault.
Anyway, the other two wotlk realms have the same quality of scripting - the hardcore features here. Yes i know its a bit too late for you to change realms but that seems to be your only option

Stop believing that the people which came on this server came only to have a hardcore server. The people came on this server to relive the experience of the game for NOSTALGIC.
There is a lot of people which are not very good at English, and who had not read that it was a hardcore server.
People don't cry about buff, they cry about overbuffed boss who are just killable by "overgear" roster who have the possibility to switch people/composition and hardtry all day to kill them. People don't want a 0% buffed content, just a content who don't need an overgear roster to progress. Is it understandable ?
We don't think there's anything left to debate at this point, we're monitoring the data as I've said before here in the thread and we don't see a need to scale down the difficulty.
You also have to keep in mind that the forums are not exactly the best way of feedback because it does not represent the entire community. We see a lot of groups having no issues dealing with the raid at the moment and slowly progressing. Some bosses are meant to be DPS checks, they're meant to be challenging and they're meant to stop you in your tracks and make you consider on how you go next.
Also, we're not doing anything custom stuff in terms of mechanics, we make the existing mechanics more challenging. We will continue monitoring the statistics/data and will go from there.
