1. No, what will fix the problem is: Right click the config file and change untick "read only". Next copy this into the folder and save it SET locale "enGB"
    SET installLocale "enGB"
    SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com".
Clear your cache folder and run the exe file as admin and it should work; as it worked for me.

  2. What solved my problem is, I went into the WTF folder >>> Config:

Inside the config folder there was no reallist of the server, so I added a line of code

    SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"

I saved and started the game and finally joined the server.

  7. Complete Fix Guide

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1foH...z0L7U4Bt4/view

This is an enUS locale folder which can be used to fix crashes with the MoP client.
It is 1.8GB in size (so you're aware before you download).

Place it in your data folder, then modify your config file to use the enUS file instead of enGB.
    Hi Everyone.

Please follow the these steps to get your game fixed if you are having any trouble with launching

1 - Download the file in the Quoted Reply above (1.8g) I have scanned it does not have any Viruses etc
2 - Open up your wow Folder and paste it in the data folder (Where the file enGB is located)
    - Do not delete enGB
3 - While wow folder is open search for the file (In the search bar) "Config" and open it with text document
    - Change the top 3 Lines to look like this

    SET locale "enUS"
    SET installLocale "enUS"
    SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"

File > Save > Then close the Text File

Possible errors - When you close your game the TxT config file my default back to old just open it up and change the 3 lines again.

Run game and enjoy - PS your login name is not your email adress it is your account name of Warman
