Hi. I hadn't been as active lately.

(I made lots of changes here vs what I did in the past. 1) Ss more, DND less. Noticeable increase in Unholy Force uptime. 2) Stretch Desolation to fit in more Blood Boils, sacrficing some uptime (90% instead of 99%). 3) GF only on BT.

I think it looks good, no? better sigil uptime without any lost dnd uptime. however you shouldn't let desolation drop, bloodboil is not THAT much better than bs, unless it is heavy aoe, which is not common in icc.

By default, the rotation I sim with exclusively uses GF after Life Tap meaning it only refreshes it once per minute.

ye, okay. i just remember that supremez went for uh rune refresh in toc in early icc, but his mechanics were really on point. it is a marginal gain, but with risk of a loss, if done incorrectly.

I digress. This build is amazing. Here's why:

thats all true and as i said it is the strongest spec and class in the game before 6k gs tho (phase3-phase4early levels).
unfortunately i often (almost always) find myself playing in a group were everyone is bis, so in this setting it is quite difficult to make this spec or actually ANY dk dps spec appear op. but it is nice that you are enjoying it. btw,

Benefits off of EVERY raid buff (physical ones like sunders, melee haste, melee crit, etc. spell ones like spell crit, spell damage, etc).

is from one side good, but also bad. For example in the scenaria if your raid is forced to split like in RS, you lose quite a bit of damage from group members, who are in the other realm/dead. Same thing if you 25group is not optimized to have all the buffs or you are a 10 man raid enjoyer. same thing with frost dk actually.

sometimes i get a spontaneous neuron activation to go and do some ranks on dw unholy, but i have some other projects, in this game as well, which take priority, considering also that i am missing a lot of items, not sure it will ever happen.
