Yet no one is playing it seriously. Damage is inferior, buffs are inferior. Only real use, as we factually see, is to do as much damage they can while providing BL. So that's enhas niche where they shine.
And sure it's really hard, you need to spend whole 30 seconds to find out exactly how to build it and how to play it.

That's nonsense. When it comes to the gearing there are already three ways to gear up as enh shami and all of them deal almost the same single target DPS. You can either focus on haste, SP hybrid or on arp. Yes, there is even a BiS gear combination with arp which deals most single target DPS in some circumstances.
In addition there is the MCC and 90% of the enh shami have never heard of it. At a certain gear level you need to build up hit rating to expand the crit cap. Calculating the mcc isn't easy because you need to take dynamic factors such as raid buffs (also agility buffs) and the uptime of elemental devastation talent in to account. Finding the ideal amount of hit rating with your current gear combination requires already simcrafting tools.
Then we have the dmg rotation. It's not 4 button as you believe. Enh has actually 8 abilities in its default dmg rotation and on top of that 4 CDs. No other class has that many abilities in it's standard rotation.

You know, I went trough my "enha phase", got my bis gears from raid with for all kinds of specs.
It actually sounds like you are trying to say that people never understood, never did math, and never ran a sim, never did some keybinds for those many many spells.
I'm sorry to burst your enha bubble, but it's an inferior spec in every way. There are no secrets there, there are no hidden superpowers.
Hit me up when I can go in game and check out all those "looking for enha, we promise you wont be resto next week" messages, ok?

I'm not surprised that you weren't able to do anything impressive with your 4 button interface and a gear setup which was collected after a 30 sec research.

So where should we ask for or from who should we ask for to do some correction or improvement for niche specks so we can fully enjoy the game with all specs?
Or as i said before to do some new realm with asjustments for specs so people can enjoy playing with spec what they prefer not only few selected?

They should think about the future of this server cause after some time they will lose people cause nothing changed and they will lose interest in playing only few same classes as top classes on other case if they make some changes more people will come i think at least old ones will stay longer:D
