It literally said "Profession recipes of Rare quality available in later phases to become available in the current phase" and had a list of phase 1 and 2 items that would be affected by it.

I slcaked and did not read the original post, I assumed items were coming 1 phase earlier for everything, my bad.

Asuuming ZA counts as P4, is the shop going to be upgraded with BT / MH itens ? or only in Sunwell ?

Just asking , when s4 ends we still can have 1 server to play tbc or it upgreades all to wtlk!? I mean we have icc lord and bk wtlk pvp where is the point of upgreade bk tbc and ony!? We have some time to play end game tbc!? Or only 2 mouth?!

The Onyxia realm is progressive wotlk, So it starts at Vanilla then TBC then Wotlk
as Wotlk ends all characters transfer to Icecrown realm and Onyxia resets, meaning It will start from Vanilla and ...

As of now, Warmane does not have a fixed TBC expansion realm/server
