2-4 days based on how many tickets are open .
The GM team is limited and waiting for a response is the only thing you can do .

The issue finally been taken to investigation, the report was considered as reasonable by Warmane GM Team.

Those been helpful - thanks for feedback and help, including moder(s), who had been toxic and rude to people joined thread. The screenshots, both ingame and forum ones, were saved and well-used - all the participants be judged by Admin team and GM Team accordingly.
