No wintergrasp battles as multibox on ICC

why not just ban them during wg outright. They can still use their comps to spawn snipe but atleast during the fight no multiboxers.

This would also be a good change, as most default raiders abandon their assigned raid group in Wintergrasp and form their own. One solution would be to have them removed from Wintergrasp if they leave their assigned group. Additionally, some raiders leave their groups and only farm minerals and plants.

A great, welcome change, multiboxing was always ruining Wintergrasp.

The mboxers are "having fun" at the expense of other players. Besides, considering that external input-macroing programs are a requisite to multibox, I fail to see how multiboxing supposedly isn't cheating. Nobody is clicking those game windows separately and manually inputing keys into each game window, they're using a cheat program that will automatically macro inputs to the other characters' game clients.

Making it less likely to encounter multiboxers in WG is a step in the right direction, but obviously multiboxing should have been entirely banned from the beginning, or at the very least banned from participating in PvP.

Or make a blackrock-style PvP realm for multiboxers where they can play against each other. Then they wouldn't be "having fun" with their cheating against other players, but playing against other multiboxers. See how much "fun" they're then having when they can't just nuke solo players with 5 macroed spells that happen in the same instant, but have all other players with similar setup against them, making the playing field even.

Because let's face it, no matter what mboxers claim, they aren't doing it to compete fairly against other multiboxers but to unfairly nuke solo players with an unfair advantage of having multiple characters and macroed spells they can cast multiples of at once. I guarantee that a blackrock-style PvP realm for multiboxers would be met with whining and resistance from the multiboxers because they don't want to play fair.

But this change completely defeats the purpose of multiboxing. Wintergrasp was the only good place for multiboxers. Why don’t you create multiple Wintergrasp instances at the same time? Just like battlegrounds. IOC 1, IOC 2, etc. I know you have the ability to run different zones on different servers

This is such a great timing for this change. Its been asked for the past 3 years to do something about it, coincidentally, it matches to perfection the moment horde has been winning wg 90% of the time for the last couple months, when ally did it before it was okay. No problem found, but when Horde gets the ball rolling, hey this is a problem, must be fixed!!!

Anyway, just a coincidence right?

Also, If warmane wants to fix wintergrasp for real, they should make anyone that drops wintergrasp auto formed group to be kicked out of wintergrasp, that way theres no full premades groups, there would still be some sure, but it would make it harder to make a full premade group or a good balanced group., it would be a fun battleground, it would be a dice to see who would win, strategy would have to come in play.

dont half fix it, because its only a nerf for horde at the moment, fix it right and show there's no inherent bias towards alliance in this server. Make it a proper battleground, you leave group, you leave wg. Easy as that. Fixed for both sides, not only one.

Or is Alliance not good enough to play fair? We already know the truth to that statement, seeing 80% pvp players on alliance are humans.

You're insane. You do know that, right? Multiboxxing is NEVER going away. In fact, it's just getting more popular. Either get with the times and use a multibox yourself or stop playing.
