hes not scripted on all realms.

Ferlain just tamed Arcturis in realm Sargeras, stag kept spawning like 16 times and now Arcturis has finally spawned! Grats Ferlain!

I camped for maybe 2 weeks - of course I wasn't there ALL the time but I was pretty much every second I could be. (Which was a lot since I was on vacation, entire nights on most days)
