Anyways, Lich King on 25 normal mode was downed again today, meaning we 'officially' have him on farm, so well done! Our after raid fight today was again Illidan in Black Temple, but unfortunately the Warglaives didn't drop, much to Aff's disappointment :/

At long last, after 1 and a half week of tries we managed to concentrate and let our powers off on The Lich King! He fell down. It was the moment when Severance advanced -- advanced to a brand new level of teamwork, a new dawn has arrived and we got what we came for!

The Lich King 25 Heroic kill wasn't an easy job to do as we had to work on many things, starting from Shadow Traps and finishing with best teamwork ever. I am now free to say - Severance is one of the best guilds in Deathwing and Molten.

3 weeks since the reform,

2 weeks of Lich King heroic tries,

Severance has achieved our first Light of Dawn!

I'm not going to say much about the encounter, apart from the fact it was flawless, but what I would like to mention is my members. I'd just like to thank all of those ex-members who came back for me, whether it was with an alt, whether it was back from Cataclysm or whether it was back from from real life, you all came back and invested your hearts and souls into our guild, and we've finally achieved our long-overdue kill as a guild.

We have also proven we're worthy and on-par with the other guilds here on Deathwing. The fight was 5 healed, we had a few trials who had only learnt about the encounter since their arrival in the guild, and on average, we are much less geared than other guilds. Nonetheless, now that the first kill is over, we aim to get him on farm.

I couldn't be a prouder GM right now.
