Of course course both factions are the same because lets not forget they are still humans controlling the characters.
Maybe hordes are more enclined in doing so because they are supposedly a more badass choice when you start a character.

I met Sapz so many times in a BG, he'll find the lowest geared target and sit on him the whole game... No Skill, just a BG ganker.

Serious note, he kicks Death Grip.. Makes me giggle so much.
