I have complete the quest with baby serpent with the ball, I can't speak with the Instructor Windblade. Is normal?

Ok, for those stuck at "It's a...": You have to let Instructor finish with the dialogue, every time someone else starts it, it resets and you will have to retake the quest. Basically, the smartest thing is to get in line and make a deal with others, or hope nobody will interrupt you. "They grow like weeds" you take from the npc to the Instructor's left. If that quest is not there, grab Catch quest from the cloud serpent to the right. After "It's a..." it's auto complete (Catch may take some time, don't abandon it, it will be completed eventually). That's about it.

I have complete the quest "It's a..." long long time ago. Today i have complete "Catch!". 2 days ago i have complete the quest for unlock "They Grow Like Weeds" from Instructor Windblade, but i have leave because i think is bug. Now i can't recover the quest from the NPC.

The trick is to get the quest "Catch!" To work. IT DOES NOT AUTO COMPLETE. The reason some believe this is because your baby dragon will actually catch balls other players are throwing around.
*This is speculation, but it would seem you have to be standing in the right area for your dragon to catch the balls. I stood just south west of Instructor Windblade in the grassless area and threw the ball and my dragon went after it and caught it 8 times to complete it.
Once you have done this, talk to Instructor Windblade and all of her quests will auto complete, then talk to the Elder and do her quest which will also be auto completed. Viola~ There you go. Cloud serpant riding!
If for some reason you cannot speak to Instructor Windblade after completing "Catch" clear your cache folder! The hardest part will be dealing with all the other players swarming the area killing eachother.

You dont need to do the catch quest,i havent and i got the serpent skill by just doing the instructor windblade quests (after they grow like weeds).

Totally agree. I got mines without doing Catch! quest. That isn't part of the quest chain at all as i wowhead/wowpedia it.

Still Bugged
It's still bugged. I have completed the quest "It's a..." Long time ago. I can pick the quest "They Grow like weeds" but I can't talk with instructor Windblade.
This is so annoyoing, all the other player are completing it without problems.

I saw it, It's still bugged for me and for others that have completed some previous quests before. Your guide can't help me, but I know that will help others, so thank you. @8:32min that's what's not happening to me. I can't tal with instructor after picking up the quest "They grow like weeds"

First of all, 1M thanks to Pixikins for helping me. What did the trick was to abandon the quest -> Clear the Cache (erased the files in cache folder) -> Relog -> Accept the quest again. After that SUCCESS. Finally I can fly with my Serpent. Already had the golden one... But, the hell with it :D

Ever since the size mount bug was fixed.. some **** happened.
Mounting a Cloud serpent moves ur camera upwards right, so when u dismount, the camera stays so high that u can barely see ur character. It only gets back to default when u press log out or ride a different mount that wasnt bugged before. Dammit..

it also moves the camera with protodrakes and firehawks.
