1. Considering that Prideful (S15) and Siege of Orgrimmar make up the final endgame of Mists of Pandaria their release will be also be simultaneous. How far and in each boss mode (raid finder/flex/normal/heroic) depends on our success and development pace, which as you can see is high now, even too high according to some people. Also reminding that developers scripting boss encounters and developers working on classes are different.
its not "too high" acording to some ppl, u are spending your time/effort/money in the wrong order. if u would not script soo atm, but focus on scripting twin consorts or even higher bosses in tot, we would love that and support it. but skipping 2 normal bosses and 13 HC to jump on soo. we're not finding your scripting too high this way but missplaced.

Mists of Pandaria: Throne of Thunder and Siege of Orgrimmar
    June 27, 2015
Iron Qon encounter in Throne of Thunder and is expected to be released in one of the upcoming Mists of Pandaria updates. Twin Consorts encounter in Throne of Thunder has also been scripted but requires further internal testing. Immerseus encounter in Siege of Orgrimmar has been fully scripted but Siege of Orgrimmar will is scheduled to be released after community has progresses in lower tier content further.

    Just saying.

  3. and i see u totally undestood the point of my post

  4. Relax people. It was I who wrote the devlog and I assumed that people wanted to have a taste of the Siege of Orgrimmar content in the implementation of Immerseus. We're fine postponing any Siege of Orgrimmar encounter release until the next season while scripting those bosses in the background until the Prideful season is released together with hopefully a fully working Norushen by that time.
To be honest if you would release prideful gear even with a full Norushen working... Wouldn't that defeat the whole purpose to do TOT normal and HC all together since it's stronger gear then what the previous raid content has to offer? You should wait with prideful for a VERY VERY long time... Unless you do a change so prideful isn't that strong (540 and not 550 like it is on wowhead i think) The main focus right now should be class fixes and fixing buff stacking before TOT hc is released so it will be an actual challange to down the bosses in TOT hc... I just hope you take that into consideration when you release the next pvp season gear to not kill the PVE scene (which kinda happen when grevious gear came out...)

  5. We do support logging in-game with 5.4.8, however content wise can't promise anything in regard to the 0.0.8 bits as it will potentially require rewrite and overhaul of most things we would have developed by that time.
So we might not see 5.4.8 come? Why didn't we start off MoP with 5.4.8 if rewriting and overhauling of most things was already expected to happen?

Wondering the same thing to be honest... Prob would be more balanced?

  7. "...Immerseus encounter in Siege of Orgrimmar have been fully scripted and are expected to be released in the upcoming next Mists of Pandaria update."

Seriously ? ToT isn't finished yet, HC not available, IoT not opened; and you are planning to open SoO ?

No love for PvE in MoP :'( :'( :'(
molten NEVER did completely fix the before stuff in an expansion they always rushed to the last raid asap, you really did think they will do things different now ?
there is no progression on molten

Does this mean that if you guys do decide to update to 5.4.8 it'll be like the Cataclysm disaster like when you guys went from 4.0.6 to 4.3.4?

  9. I really hope they don't rush it cuz they tend to do that . In my opinion they shouldn't have released MOP like they did so fast. The freakin community is to imaptient and can't wait for things to solved and fixed at least bigger partion of it . Grevious season was recently released i hope they don't release SOO or Pridefull set anytime soon... TAKE YOUR TIME !

Who said what I posted was intended to have anything to do with your point?
So we might not see 5.4.8 come? Why didn't we start off MoP with 5.4.8 if rewriting and overhauling of most things was already expected to happen?
It wasn't available at the time.
Does this mean that if you guys do decide to update to 5.4.8 it'll be like the Cataclysm disaster like when you guys went from 4.0.6 to 4.3.4?
Not likely to happen for that exact reason.

    This is not Molten.

  11. Not even half of heroics are working (I don't count SB as 'scripted'), HoF lacks 4 bosses and devs already focused on SoO? How about LFR that has only 4 encounters (3.5 to be exact, Sha of Fear is a joke) out of ~15 that should be available now? :(
4.3.4 was indeed a disaster, Cataclysm had no PvE progression (rushing into FL with less than 50% of T11 working). Is there a chance to release at least 80% of T14/15 before pushing even a single boss from SoO into live?
I wouldn't like to be a whiner, so far Warmane developement is surprisingly fluent but these news are devastating. If this is not Molten then make players happy and release content blizzlike :)

  12. This is not Molten.

yea ok its warmane, but the way content is being released its the same as it was under the other name.

To explain better to you, firstly different developers work on different instances, secondly each encounter has its own complexity if you didn't read my earlier reply and jumped to quoting too fast. The amount of time and effort it will take to script Lei Shen, while artificially holding everything off, is inefficient especially depending on presence or absence of certain aspects of development which have a deciding factor on the quality and pace of the eventual script. Warmane is not bound to be releasing everything in an overly strict progressive order.

We develop our updates ourselves, in spite of our MoP being young, we're world firsts on scripting many of our encounters and we do it based on our own resources and knowledge. We know clearly what to expend our resources and at what time, play the game and don't teach staff how to do their work.

  14. yea ok its warmane, but the way content is being released its the same as it was under the other name.
Not true at all. We've released more content in the last few months than the developers of Molten did in 2 years.
Your posting privileges have been revoked permanently in light of your post history, which included disrespectful attitude towards the staff and server, and spreading misinformation and dissent amongst the community.

We release in the order we deem necessary, deal with it. I'll tell you what progression is, progression is when you pull a public Trinity core, manually close all instances and try to attract players by mimicking retail's patch releases. Warmane started hard, on a chaotic core and was nowhere expected to be releasing "in progression". We script our content ourselves, and do it better and faster, if a lower tier instance takes longer than desired it will temporarily skipped, whether you want it or not. If private servers ever truly followed "progression" then nothing would've been released above Eye of Eternity or Ulduar. This isn't the place to overpractice the trendy "progression".
