Primal nethers will be available to purchase for badges. Since we are following the Classic item progression timeline in theory Primal Nethers and Nether Vortex should be made BoE in Zul Aman phase.

SSC/TK attunements have a good chance of getting removed because they were removed right after T6 release in the original game. Karazhan and T6 attunements though were removed in Sunwell.

SSC/TK attunments were removed when ZA came. So i guess they will remove them just in late july with phase 4.

SSC/TK attunements were removed in June 2007 shortly after patch 2.1. The ZA release was in November 2007. T5 attunements were also dropped in Classic in Phase 3 as well. So there is no version of the game where T5 attunements were in the game in ZA or later.
The bug report submitted for the issue is now pending. So it's looking like T5 attunements will be removed in a couple days.

My hunter can enter TK without attunement, so I guess they removed ssc/tk attunes.
