Technical account locked/suspended but can be unlocked/for botnetwork

The message I copied, comes from users that didnt post anything till that post and the last line implies no need to change password which I disagree. As I said there is "prolly" a leak, late 2022 this botnetwork issue started randomly and happened also to other guildies of mine. Most common explanation people were giving was that it was because of usage of vpn/proxy which was not the case for most players I know. Unless warmane incorrectly locks accounts, most possible explanation is a leak, whether its new or from 2016. Btw I already deep scanned for potencial keylogger/viruses but nothing came up, Im careful with whatever I interact.

It's not random. It was applied to anyone who hadn't logged the website within a certain amount of time. There isn't any leak. If you feel you need to change your password, then do it.

Today I was playing and was disconnected. I saw that my IP have been banned and I cant log back in game to play. from my house I play wow, my brother play wow and my father play wow on Warmane. We have multiple accounts and all accounts are premium as you can see. Can you please help us with this problem so we can log back and play. Since all 3 of us play wow every day basically in all free time we have can it be done automatically by your system because we have 3 PCs at home and log at the same time?
