WotLK application form we had was 1.5x longer than current Cata app form, and harder, yet Ragnaros people were capable to fulfill them with ease and no complain. It's just Sargeras people are still getting used for easy life, private server mentality. :(

And yes we are 'marrying' people, we have strong bond with each other for long-term so nothing is secret between us. ;)

1) It is to gain as much information about the person as we can. We are interviewing them to join our community.

2) We require two. One is to keep track of their characters, so they do not deceive us and the other is to see your in-game priorities are correct.

Technically, we are marrying the individual. The reason I say this is because we want this person to become a permanent member of our guild. We hold these players to their ranks and their names, a name in Care means something rather than the amount of alternate characters you have.

Our guild is a family. Many of us have played together for a long time and enjoy seeing players grow within our ranks to become yet another part of our family.

Out of all of the applicants we have accepted, only one has left in the past six months and that was due to him being unable to handle criticism for dying three times consecutively on Alysrazor.

Wait until Heroic mode is released or Dragon Soul Heroic, you will not think the application is long then because you will be willing to find a guild that can farm Heroic. Care will be that guild.

PS WTB more boomkin applications, nothing makes me sadder than being constantly reprimanded for troll Typhoons, crazy Starfalls and causing fps lag by dropping wild mushrooms. Need a buddy, so we can get away with random boomkin trolling :(

Are you speaking about Care in Cataclysm or Ragnaros? We do not require you to leave your guilds on Wrath of the Lich King to participate with us in Cataclysm. This only applied to original members of Care who decided to spend more time on Wrath by leaving Care instead of participating on Cataclysm.
