Why don't you let these kids have what little fun they may have in their lifes? If they think 'lel i am so cool cause i block a mailbox' leave it. Just walk and zoom in. Takes about 5secs. It only gets harder when a group of kids decided to block a mailbox. This could become tricky but not impossible.

Don't give those people attention ingame. Let them think they are cool and leave it.
