Information for applicants
Please keep in mind that our requirements went much higher with recent progress. If you just halfass your application with 3-word answers, you will most likely be rejected. Put effort in it, show us what you know, provide detailed and extensive answers about what YOU have to (or can) do in certain situations. Generalized answers, such as "AoE", "CC", etc. are not good enough, since you are expected to say which exact abilities you are going to use. If you don't fully understand the question, reread it couple of times, try to imagine the particular situation in your head and what could you (or should you) do to help the raid.
Also, as mentioned
here, we do not have any strict gearscore requirement, however, you are expected you be ready to hit heroics upon joining us. Thus, I really suggest you at least farm your tier 10 gear before applying, since we aren't going to carry slackers who are too lazy to work on gear themselves.
Currently our core group is in need of:
Protection paladins, blood death knights (LoD/RShc shadow realm experience)
Retribution paladins, mages
Restoration druid
