We don't think there's anything left to debate at this point, we're monitoring the data as I've said before here in the thread and we don't see a need to scale down the difficulty.

You also have to keep in mind that the forums are not exactly the best way of feedback because it does not represent the entire community. We see a lot of groups having no issues dealing with the raid at the moment and slowly progressing. Some bosses are meant to be DPS checks, they're meant to be challenging and they're meant to stop you in your tracks and make you consider on how you go next.

Also, we're not doing anything custom stuff in terms of mechanics, we make the existing mechanics more challenging. We will continue monitoring the statistics/data and will go from there.
THANK YOU. Please dont give in to the vocal minority who run to the forums everytime something doesnt go their way. Thats how blizzard destroyed their original game. You guys are doing it right, and we appreciate you guys for standing by the realm design.

You guys have to understand we are on the 3.3.5 client and if they didn't buff bosses, everything would be stupid easy and moreso than it was on retail. If there are 40 groups that have already cleared it, this is by no means too hard, the raid just came out. Raids were meant to be challenging and take time to do, and Lordaeron was advetised and listed as a Hardcore realm from the get go. When the going gets tough don't just whine about it, better your gear/strategy and keep going at it

There are lots of other WOTLK realms that are not branded as hardcore or buffed, those might be better suited to some of you. The design choices of Lord have been here since the beginning, and are the main reason many of us started playing here. I hope they never change.

Funny thing is even top guilds atm think the buff is way too strong and talk about, you're just showing off on the forums cause you think you're better then everyone else and don't wanna look "weak" if that even makes sense, but I guess it makes to you.

Quit the act, stop acting pro, you're not helping the realm.

40 groups that have already cleared it ? Source ? Prouve ?

    Minority = 95% of population ? Hmm..

95% of population = 3 crybabies on forum , ok

40 guilds have made decent progress.

what decent means I don't know.

Probably because Hellfire Citadel was released 10 months ago.....
    End of the point
And you expect that we want people finish our latest content in the first month?

Tell me too where you get your statistics "larger part of the Ulduar instance has been defeated by more than 40 different groups "
Rest assured that our statistics is way more precise than yours, since we log everything.

We came here for NOSTALGIC! We came here to ENJOY! We came here to EXPERIENCE THE WOTLK. Our friends left because the content is buffed and is TOO HARD!! We want to oneshot every boss! The staff doesn't listen to the community! Blablablablablabla

Do as your friends did and get back under your bridge. =)

Warmane, don't worry, i like your buffs, the first day of Ulduar tho it was too easy, now it's much better, but take a look at the achievements, some of them don't work and i hope i don't need to tell you how frustrating it is to wipe many times with the intention to get an achievement only to find that it is not working

No words for explain that. All is said.

And a lot of us are there, and not on the retail because the staff dont paying attention about crying peoples who want / pref the game easiest than atm.

We are there for challenging what a lot of us did on retail, the rest are there for challenging and perform a WOTLK hardcore realm and we are not scared to stuck a lot of weeks / month on a content meanwhile the current content is cleared in 2 weeks ( average ) on retail.

    That's why we are there.

Now @ all crying peoples, leave the thread alone and do not do another cry post like that, would be nice :)

For the rest, enjoy the current content , good luck for the progression / race progression and thanks @ Warmane's staff for the great job.

Palutena, Proterean, i don't get it, you say you do not want people to finish your content in the first month, but it has already been done in the first day by some Horde guilds. The rest of the realm just wants to enjoy the Ulduar raid, since it is imo the best looking and fun raid in WotLK. Now everytime i raid with my guild it feels like i'm going to work, with the exception i get no wage for it lol. I have to mash buttons for 10+ minutes something nearly reaching enrage timers on the bosses i've taken in Ulduar (half if i'm correct), because bosses have double or close to even triple the HP, some of them or their trashes almost oneshot BiS geared Naxxramas tanks. You wipe on say 10% and you know how tedious it is going to be to start all over again downing those millions, praying noone ****s up this time. I realize you strive to be hardcore, but at the current state of overbuffed bosses it is a struggle and no joy to sit for 1h+ on some bosses. Ulduar is going to stay for awhile anyway, i assume, just like Naxxramas till you prepare for ToC patch. So why keep this difficulty. People will have stuff to do till they gear completely and get the items they want, raids have an ID for a week, remember. If that doesn't convince you, only thing i can suggest is to pick up the pace unlike Naxxramas stale for 5 months. Experiment with different raids, we have yet to see Onyxia btw.

40 groups have at least killed flame leviathon thats decent progress and the raids are finely tuned. P.S. post below if your guild has disbanded or you have people not showing for ulduar raids. I've already noticed people not showing for raids on my alliance raid guild because the bosses are overly tuned and not fun. This is normal mode bosses have a ton of hp someone messes up and its a wipee cause u will hit enrage timers with 1-2 dead people...honestly i dont see a puggable normal ulduar clear happening even 3 months later with these overtuned bosses...Not even BiS ulduar gear will help overcome it. If you want your super hard challenge then keep it in Hardmode where the damn gear is an actual decent upgrade...ulduar normal gear isnt even that great...

Because your guild mates are pussies and crybabes, who are used to easy raids and start to leave raid after 3 wipes in a row.
Only decent mature and organized players get Ulduar gear, not every random pandakid.

    Raids are perfectly fine now.
I really hope, same goes for ICC as well and Warmane will hold this "no fast faceroll progress" logic.
    Do not listen crybabies.

Basically, all the officers in our guild joined to re-live the wotlk experience. None of us found out about the raid buffs until after we made the time commitment to the server and got to level 80. We did OS10 0D which should be easily puggable, but failed because of how stupidly difficult the thing is with a 300% buff. Shadron took 7 minutes to kill with all dps that did 3-4k dps.

We moved onto Naxx, saw how stupidly buffered everything there was. Both of our defence capped, 40k+ hp tanks got one hit by pathcwerk and anub was almost the same. It's fair to say none of us were having fun, the server wasn't even being advertised as hard core at the time we joined.

The guild lead and all the officers have quit now, the guild has disbanded. None of us found it enjoyable or fun to have to put THAT much effort and time into raiding.

I'm only posting because I'm hoping for some kind of change to come back, because I really want to experience the WOTLK most of us here want to experience.
Once all the nost players hit level 80, they're going to go through the same thing, and the population will begin to fall like it did a few months after naxx came out, before nost got shut down.

A good compromise would be to create a second server and leave the buffs on there, and allow the "git good" and "hardcore" players to transfer there for free and fester in their little toxic community.
Same thing bro, 2 of my guilds disbanded because stupid overbuffing. If they keep this buffs population will greatly decrease once all this nost players hit 80. Then all those "pro" can play as they want (buff it even more).
