windows interface option (patch-enus-9.mpq) does not seem to work with the uspcale ui option enabled (patch-v.mpq), and the strafe movement is also buggy

Downloaded the client and been using it for 3 days now.

Have some problems with it:

1. Hovering mouse over items in bank/gbank/char equiped gears Does NOT show the tooltip/info about said items, how ever it shows infos of items that are in main bag(s)

2. The FBS Booster + Vulkan Frame Booster are working on open world where everything is quiet
How ever when you join a raid, things start to fall apart
I have a fairly good spec on my PC, i9 10900, RX 6700 XT , 16 Gb ram - Which i get around 190 FPS normally, on move and casting/questing or even rdfs it might drop down to 150-140 at times
How ever when i tried raiding, ICC 25, I was dropping down to 3 FPS - 7 - 10 ... specially on Phase Changes, Starts of fights and ...
Eventually it would settle down and get smoother with 30-40 FPS enough to do my thing, but the FPS spike drops are really bad
If you have any ideas or ways or tips about fixing it i would be forever greatful
I love this HD pack 101% and dont wanna go back to the old client
