Step by step:
1. Download Zapret 1.7.1 here: https://github.com/Flowseal/zapret-d...ases/tag/1.7.1
2. Unpack it into a new folder on the desktop.
3. Go to the folder and turn on general (MGC2). (we do not close the command line window)
4. Turn on any worked VPN you have (it need for step 5)
5. Download Warp 1.1.1.1 here: https://one.one.one.one / (Click on the Windows icon) and install.
6. In the Warp application, click on the circle (lever) - this will turn on Warp.
7. Play

The PKH has blocked traffic on the Amazon line, figuratively speaking(I found this information).Due to this, many servers located in other countries are now unavailable to Russia. As I understand it, this mainly affected the regions of Siberia and the DaJIbHuu BocTok. I don't know about Moscow. Other games have the same problems.

Interesting fact, if you download a new client - everything is ok, it starts right away. But if you exit the game - the new client becomes just as non-working.

We are looking for a common factor for users affected by this, currently we do not have much to go on. As its only affecting some users, we do not believe the issue is on our end.

That's right, the error is not on your side. However, this is a common problem for Russian countries and nearby neighboring countries. Other servers provided an additional realmlist with a proxy connection. This should help. Also, perhaps you can provide the IP for which the check is being carried out and the login so that players can include it in the DPI network.

im working in a local internet provider company. couple months ago was a bad problems with Runet. Then we found out that PKH cut off CloudFlare. but after 3 days all sites and services started working.
Now its the same problem, and we figured that PKH again cuts CloudFlare. Seems like.

Passing all my traffic through a server located in Stockholm. The proxy settings are system-wide.

Just downloaded the client on the clean system. Same result, stuck at retrieving character list.

Interestingly enough, the client didn't ask a verification code.

I second that, having a destination address or IP(if static) will let us solve the issue with a simple edit of hostlist on which DPI bypass tools operate. Don't have Wireshark installed on my gaming machine and also would prefer avoiding digging through log of network traffic in search of the address if possible.


WARP in DoH mode works for me, but being a proxy it naturally increases latency, which is far from ideal
