It'd be nice if not every human model for every Japanese video game/anime show/other TV show was the exact same ****ing thing. :|

I don't know what you mean by that.

As for anime, you need to go deeper if you want to see variety in character designs and artstyles. Or you may have to fix your eyes. There's plenty of series out there that do not suffer from the sameface syndrome.

Bioshock Infinite was good.

- Simplifies game mechanics since the previous two games
- Story is about watching NPCs and your character speak to eachother in scripted sequences. Basically cutscenes.
- Not the game's fault, but rather the fault of developers bribing reviewers: "10/10 BEST GAME OF THE YEAR EVEN THOUGH THE YEAR IS NOT EVEN HALFWAY THROUGH SO ARTISTIC AND REVOLUTIONARY GAMING HAS NEVER SEEN SUCH A GREAT CINEMATIC EXPERIENCE BEFORE"

Now we get to storytelling in japanese RPGs:
1. Play through the game. Don't talk to any NPC unless you have to. Just play through the main story.
2. Play through the game again. Talk to everything you see, interact everything you can, explore everything, look at things with more thought than just "woah that's pretty cool scenery/design".
3. You have acquired three times as much story as the main plot would've offered.

The main story in Demon's Souls: Dude comes in Boletaria. Dude kills demon's. Dude kills King Allant's demon. Dude kills King Allant. Dude becomes Monumental as he lulls the Old One back to slumber/dude kills Maiden in Black and becomes Old One's new Archdemon.

Demon's Souls story with 100% explored and game cleared: what was mentioned above, and a ton of legends, rumours and stories about dozens of characters, places and even weapons.

Whoever says Bioshock Infinite is bad........Has by far the ****tiest taste in games and should never even touch a video game.

I will judge Skyrim if I ever happen to be interested in it and other Elder Scrolls games. I tend to adapt to the era of the game I play, but even Morrowind's animations make me cringe.
