Yes, no more double dipping with those idols.
Now we can't make Idol of the Crying Moon stacking with Idol of Mutilation?right?
I'm having a weird Déjà-vu here, maybe it's just me. I could've sworn I already answered this.
No. You cannot use http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50456 and http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47668 together anymore.
Made a new forum post on this but I'm going to post here because I think it's the more appropriate place. I've noticed on my Resto Druid that the GCD after shapeshifting is longer than my other spells. It seems that my Haste is not effecting the GCD after shapeshifting, where at 856 Haste it does lower the GCD to 1 second on all other spells. Should the GCD after using my shapeshifting spells be affected by haste as well?
From what I can gather, GCD for shapeshifting is 1.5 sec regardless of haste.
UP FOR THIS, I have the same BUG!!!
Could you please clarify what exactly you see as a bugged interaction?
If you're referring to the absence of an ICD, then this is normal. Here you can find a blue post, which describes the behaviour of this talent. On this page, the following is written:
In the next data push, you will find Omen of Clarity has been changed a bit. The 10 second cooldown has been removed, the procs per minute has been raised from 2 to 3.5, and melee abilities no longer trigger it.

6% chance to proc on cast i got video from retail https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O6y5...nnel=Ollidrood in 3:17 he got omen of clarity to proc 6 times in 3m 11s figh duration thats like 10% uptime on warmane on same fight duration your procs vary from 50-90% and when i talk about omen i dont talk about mana saving i talk about the free 15% you get allmost the entire fight from boomkin 2set :)
if any one think you go from 6 procs to allmost 100 in same fight duration plz delete the game thats not called bad luck :)
Hey, i don't know if this is the right place to post this, but i'm playing a Feral Druid on the Onyxia Server. I noticed, that Druids in Bear/Cat Forms don't gain any mana from external Sources. For Example Shaman Totems, Shadowpriest Vampiric Touch and Paladin Judgement Spells. This is definitly not right and i would like someone to look into this, as it really cripples what specifically ferals can do.
Hello everyone,
Feral here.
to say it quickly : is there a bug with Rip ?
more detailed : OK, so first, I understand that when Rip is applied with X1 > X2 combo points or Y1 > Y2 Attack Power. You CANNOT refresh it.
It says as, you may already know "A MORE POWERFUL SPELL IS ALREADY ACTIVE". And that is fine. As far as it has been explained to me, this is 'probably' NOT a bug.. You just have to wait for Rip to drop (so you cannot Shred in the mean time if you want to apply the full duration again, you can.. rake. maim. SR, FB). OK.
to my issue now =>
(context : I used to play pve & cleaned ICC 25 HM, was bit crazy back then, first Guild on my server to do it :p)
now, REALLY, to my issue =>
if I remember correctly / apart from the rotation being demanding // one thing you could do to keep up the damage, was, except for applying MANGLE afterwards, to take advantage of the SHRED GLYPH.
it was indeed possible, to REFRESH Rip - NOT with itself - but thanks to Shred adding more time & MORE IMPORTANTLY applying the (freshly casted) SAVAGE ROAR buff (in the case it wasn't UP at the time you landed Rip, due to circumstances.
So my question to all cats out there :
Is my memory that bad ?
is there no way to improve a Rip once it has landed ?? nothing you can't do about it ? you're just *** for the ENTIRE duration ?
to me it simply isn't the way I remember things.
What's your Opinion ?
Thanks in advance.
Ylah
In a nutshell, the current behaviour of Rip is correct. The buffs you have prior to applying Rip are "snapshotted" onto this DoT, and using Glyph of Shred doesn't refresh the snapshot - it just adds 2-6 extra seconds to your current Rip depending on how many Shreds you have used.
The error message "A more powerful spell is already active" is definitely not a bug. There was a time when people could clip Rip without any restrictions, but this was a bug that got fixed. Here's an old thread from retail WotLK where people discussed this error message, so you can see that it's blizzlike:this is 'probably' NOT a bug
https://www.mmo-champion.com/threads...=1#post6008874
Maybe your memories are correct, and at one point Glyph of Shred might have behaved the way you described - I can neither confirm nor deny that - however such behaviour would have undoubtedly been caused by a bug. It's not intended for Glyph of Shred's extending ability to apply SR onto Rip if Rip wasn't cast with SR in the first place. However, not casting Rip with SR is a huge misplay and should be avoided at all costs.it was indeed possible, to REFRESH Rip - NOT with itself - but thanks to Shred adding more time & MORE IMPORTANTLY applying the (freshly casted) SAVAGE ROAR buff (in the case it wasn't UP at the time you landed Rip, due to circumstances.
I mean, you can always clip it, assuming your new Rip has more buffs/CPs than the previous one, but there are very few instances where this should be considered. Most of the time, you just need to apply Rip normally with 5 CPs after it expires. The only practical exception I can think of atm, can be seen on the following video (timestamp - 0:11):is there no way to improve a Rip once it has landed ?? nothing you can't do about it ? you're just *** for the ENTIRE duration ?
