Ridiculous? Actually seems fine for me. PvP on 60 is one-shot fest anyway. Not to mention it's quite class-imbalanced.

Mistake? it's 3.3.5 everything is how it's intended. If you don't like pvp you don't need to pvp, just don't try to go and force your opinion on others.

People care about it since it makes gearing much easier for everyone -_- They wanna prepare for TBC since marshal gear is almost irreplaceable while leveling. It's around 68 you start to replace it.

Depends on the class and spec you're playing, warlord is pretty poorly itemized for a lot of those.
