Sent email as well and Im waiting 4 hours, I have got no access to my account either and I need to reset password...

Please can somebody respond to our emails?

When trying to log into my account, I login then it prompts me for code and says I have been emailed.

I have not. I have been receiving these emails for months without issue but for the past couple of days they simply don't seem to be being sent.

I have tried several times, but the website will no longer email me my authentication code. But continually prompts me for it if I try to log in.

This problem only occurred recently, the past 48 hours anyway.

We are aware of the issues currently affecting our mail system, our provider is currently down, that is the primary reason.

We are working on alternatives at the moment.

Passwords can be reset by emailing [email protected].
Email Two Factor is currently offline.
Account registration does not require activation, once our email server provider is back up, everyone that registered during this period will be forced into an activation however.
