Having pretty much same issues as ppl above, only thing is my wife (distanced 7km from my curent location) has no problem loging in at any time today.
So ye, it is "Croatia" problem, but omg in 7 km one can, other cant....
Tried all mentioned advices, nothing works. Please devs or anyone, get on it, fix it chop chop.....Also, you postoponed date for rates downgrade (ty),but i kindly ask you to reconsider postponing once more to a new date, based on some of us have problems loging in for 2 or more days, and we would like to get some reputations done by curent, "old" rates.

E sad ovako. Iskljucio ruter i spojio mobitel koji je na Vipu dijeljenje i radi super moze se igrati. Ocito je problem u TKomi ili su ovaj dio evrope ili neznam sta ja blokirali. Meni internet radi super surfam sa Tkomom ali wow nece...nece ni neki TS serveri. To lazy to write on english.

Neces nista napravit. Meni je u ponoc dc 10 accounta i discord i teamspeak3, izresetirao sam sve do jutros opet nista, t-com sam zva 3 puta od jutros oni nemaju pojma o nicemu i izrestarti su mi sve i opet nista. Proba sam dns flush, relamlist ru/com nista. Imam 3 pc-a za multibox i na ninednom neradi nista tako da nemojte download igricu ponovno ili drkat po kompjuteru jer je problem u njima. Nema druge nego molit boga.

Oke looks like in Croatia only TCom users have issue. Guy above says dont messup game,download new one etc. Wait problem to solve by its own.
If you are so hooked up for game cant sleep or what ever some hard core addiction connect your mobile phone and use him as router or usb share with it.
My mobile is on Vip(Vodafone).

well they said that the problem is in operator..we are all on t-com,game with other operator works..but the connection is good,to me skype and TS works..they called t-com and they checked everything and said everything is fine -_-
