keep prepatch ealry december, T7 at 10th january and patch 3.3.5 at 27 december?

Well, remember that after holiday break in january many people have more busy time at work sometimes they will need to do overtime to get job done in time, so this is not a great time to farm reputation, dungeons, quests, profession etc. Postponing release of naxx is totally fine because naxx takes 2 hours anyway so more busy days wont be much an issude, but literally bypassing all the free time holidays is not good. These holidays are the perfect time to do all the preraid grinding and it's basically giving advantage to unemployed neets.
Basically keeping SWP during holidays will just waste holidays because you will do SWP once and then you have ID and nothing else to do.

If you were going to change the release date, you should’ve gone the other way — to November, not January. That’s even worse than releasing it during the holidays. You’re just prolonging people’s agony; I assume everyone’s already lost the motivation to achieve anything in TBC anyway.

Why would you launch a prepatch on a monday? When all throughout TBC all phases launched on a Saturday?
Saturday is a better day for a prepatch... Launching a prepatch on a start of the week when like 80% of the population work doesnt seem a great idea.
Please stick to a saturday release and maybe consider changing only the dates of Raid releases to 2 weeks from wotlk release instead of one, instead of pushing further down the line.

the dates were fine, perhaps push T7 release 1 week later so people have more time to prep their char perhaps even an alt and important professions.
Now the dates arent that great, but it is what it is.
