Grabrantus, Ogres were once a part of the Horde. While you may claim that they have no place in the new horde because of their savage and primal ways, please remember about the smart, sentient and peaceful Ogres in Blade's Edge. They'd make an excellent addition to the Horde.

It's not about the culture of the race. It doesn't even matter if they were a part of the Horde. It's about politics. No Ogre clan has any reason to be a part of the Horde, we'd get asspulled political stories that force the race into the Horde.

The same with the xenophobic Gilneans being stuffed into Alliance.
Or Draenei being stuffed into Alliance.
For those two, it was done fairly logically, but it still feels silly.

And Blood Elves in the Horde. Why are they a part of the Horde again? Some silly vengeance against Alliance business?

Damn I miss the days when Forsaken and gnomes felt out of place...
