My name is Nikola im from Bulgaria im new in this server Ragnaros i have only 1 char retry pala 80lvl low gs i started yesterday.I search one good guild,before i play Lich King in Neltharion Realm my guild in Neltharion be a LaW and Inner Sactum.Can i join in guild :)

This is endgame, not gearing guild. We do icc hcs and usually not more then one icc25n in a week. Of course, for hcs proper gear is req, so fos/pos gear wont be enough. Also you will have to fill application in guild website anyways... Aswell, gear is required not only for proper dps/hps/tps, but also so officers could see what stats are you gemming, enchanting, choosing gear.
To sum it up, most likely starter gear wont go thru and even more - not for heroics.
Altho your attitude is nice, I hope to see you later in guild, when your char will have proper gear. Good luck!

Thats not about how many chars, thats about how good geared they are and how skilled are you with them (tho both are required), so my answer before should explain you the situation.

UPDATE:

As of now Aurora will be taking in solely exceptional applicants due to the fact we've grown bigger over the past few weeks. Apps are not closed so you can always try your luck, but the criteria for acceptance is raised.
Furthermore, good mm hunters, demo warlocks, and prot paladins will have higher chances of being accepted over other classes.
