My face when I first opened the hood to my Cadi when I wanted to change the spark plugs.
I want to ****ing know who thinks it's a great idea to put four of the eight spark plugs in the very back and underneath EVERYTHING. I was pretty much on top of my engine, shoulder deep trying to take the last four spark plugs out from my Cadi. I slammed my knuckles into a lot of metal that day trying to change those ****ing spark plugs.
But now I drive a Nissan Sentra and mother of god it is so much easier to work on. The engine is much smaller so there is a lot more room and everything is just there for you. But the only thing I have to do to that car is pick up my new rear bumper (previous owner got hit) and I need to rewire the sound system in there since the kid had no idea what the **** he was doing and all he wanted was the subwoofers to work and he managed to disconnect pretty much ALL of the speakers and didn't even bother to try to reconnect them.
First year you do well
Second year you work yourself to exhaustion
Third year you slack off outside studying for baccalaureate
My truck has the largest engine it can get, I thought it had this one in it :|
[yt]1KuNCDCimdo[/yt]
But then it looks like a baby compared to mine so I started to question it. Compared the vin, found out I have a 460 CID 7.5L.
Also...
it's an 86
with 50k miles. Good for another 300k npnp before something poops out on me
Spoiler:Show
One of my friends bought an 83 not too long ago. Engine is in good condition but the body needs some work. He's about to get an antique tag for it.
My back tank fuel pump is dead, or not getting electricity, or something of the sort. It just dont work.It can take a bit to start it, so i'm working on getting that fixed. Once it's running, it's smooth. Even after sitting for five years, first start is misfired about five times, and ran great.
My paints all faded, and there are some patches where there is no paint. Only other thing is the rear passenger side wheel well looks like the previous owner had a blow out, or hit one of the red poles at the gas station which is unlikely as the tanks are on the other side.
There's a candy shop in my town and I'm broke.
