Guild Revamp.

Yes, it's the SUMMER time, a time where people should go out and enjoy the weather, go for a nice bike ride, etc. For some people, they like to sit inside and avoid the heat and do the best thing they can. That is, gaming. To answer a few questions, NO we aren't dead. NO we aren't slacking. NO we aren't in trouble. I'm very dedicated in my guild, and I will fend for it when it's in its darkest.

Sure to some people, it looks like we're having troubles with raid. Well you know what, you're wrong. Just because we have inactive players DURING the summer doesn't make us a bad guild. Just because we don't do Light of Dawn or RS 25 HC like other guilds doesn't make us a bad guild. You know what makes a bad guild? Giving up on people. Here at <Fade>, I won't give up on you. Even if you proven to be the worst of the worst. There are times when you can have fun, and there are times where you should be serious. At <Fade>, we'll offer you that. You can ask members of this amazing guild what WE have to offer you. A guild is what makes you log on and to be happy to be with, not something where you feel like you're being punished. That's the real definition of a guild (From my perspective) you can laugh at my definition, or even correct it. But everyone is entitled to an opinion, and this is mine. Judge me if you will, I could care less.

So in regards of recruitment. All classes are OPEN, you can go on to Thefade.shivtr.com and apply there. There will be multiple raids for EUrope time players, and also USA players, or even players from other countries that aren't known/familiarized.

*And for all the haters. You can go ahead and hate all you want, but what have WE done against you to hate us. No reason.

I recently joined the guild, and despite what everyone is saying, it is very much alive. It's active and raiding, we did 2 RS runs today and despite some needless wipes we still completed them both. All the guild needs is more commitment from every individual player to make it reach it's maximum potential. The difference between this guild and others is it's ability to pursue and commit to things despite how hard they may be, there's a reason why they were one of the best guilds in Molten a few months back and they're still good. And I have to agree with Kayotica, the true key to a strong guild is not kicking out the week and keeping the strong and mighty, it's to teach players that make mistakes and polish new recruits to perfection. Great guild, I'd recommend it.

Maybe instead of expecting every invite, perhaps asking for one would've been good. I'm not a mind reader, I don't know when you want to raid, and when you don't. I don't have the time to go through everyone and ask if they want to raid. Put your shoes in mine, and see how easy it is. With everyone constantly spamming you and managing everything. YOU, as a "Ex raider" thinks it's easy to manage everyone right? To do everything without anyone complaining, lets see you do it and succeed. If you do so, congratulations, you're way better than me. It's not that I prevent you from raiding, it's you when you don't give yourself the opportunity instead of just expecting it.
