when i started playing rogue in bc i used healing on attack trinkets and enchants and used healing druid gear to increase their effects.
i feel you bro....only i got to 62 with a hunter =( waaaaaay back
When I was like level 23 back in the day I killed low levels like 7's and wondered why i was not levelling up XD
In vanilla wow, on my first toon (a level 10 undead rogue), I thought a person under the effects of the Savory Deviate Delight was a hacker and tried to report him.
In retail (back just before lich king was released) my friend invited me for the 4 weeks trial (i think it was 4 weeks). I those 4 weeks I had only just managed to reach level 12 on my druid because I only took the main quests. Because of this I had no idea there was a world outside of teldrassil xD
On molten whilst levelling I had been splitting my talent point equally amongst all three trees until I was told you are supposed to specialise in one tree.
Again on molten. When I was level 79, the horde were about to raid stormwind so a few 80's formed a counter-raid. I was accidentily invited into the raid then kicked after they realised I was 79. At the time I didn't fully understand the huge difference between 79 and 80 (only 1 level afterall) so I took it personally and started whispering abuse to the raid leader.
After tanking my first ever group of mobs in bear, I realised bear didn't do as much damage as cat. So instead I decided to try tanking in cat form and wiped the group.
We all do stupid things I guess
(Sadly?) my husband is a WoW veteran so when we started playing he made sure I never managed to do more than the normal newb mistakes. :D I did however get so fed up with leveling at some point that after happening to ding once when finding a new zone I figured I'd get loads of xp exploring. I'm not sure, but I think I explored most Classic zones before hitting level 60. Didn't give me any new levels, I can tell you.
I've been playing 3 years and I've never actually gotten passed level 73 on a retail server.
SMH.
In 2006 I think, when i first started wow, i was on my warrior with a friend killing some elites. After we killed them , we were turning our heads in the other direction, because we tought they won't respawn if you look at the area where they should reappear. Now, I think of it as a pretty odd habit, lol.
Also, after 5 years of "wow experience",because i never really played horde, I got lost in undercity with my undead, and after an hour or so of wandering around, I was about to delete my char lol. Eventually a friend helped me get out xD.
On my Hpala, I only heal with flash heal and holy shock because I dont want to lose my mana. For about 4 months or so
Haha reading this rememberd me I was trying to swim to get to kalimdor

Even now I "must" hit horde in booty bay even I know I will die still cant ressist
Most pathetic... Well it would have been when I first started playing (back in my day) 7 years ago and I was not but a young boy with no MMO experience and a pocket full of dreams! Sure enough when I started playing my very first human warlock my one and only quest at the time was to explore this epic expanse called world of warcraft. Although that came to a screeching halt as I was butchered by several defias gang members which I actually resorted to begging them to stop attacking me, yes, that's right, I spoke to npcs, mistaking them for players, begging them to stop killing me. They didn't listen. T-T
I was playing RO before wow, so I was used to point n click walking. When I came to wow, I couldn't control the camera angles, i managed to walk into an aggro mob, and died all while looking up at the sky. When i was dead and trying to find my body, my camera was on the ground, i was a mess. I quit wow for 2 months because of that.
