WotLK [Guide] PVE Assassination rogue

I raid in 10man guild, would it be possible to get a 10man BiS list? :)

I've been so much away from wow, I wish ur guys input to this guide , so I can make things better or abbandon the ship :P.

Why play Assassination when you can play the master spec Combat which puts a damage buff on the boss as well.

Stack All Attack Power. The thing with haste is all wrong sir. I have BIS Combat and Assassin. Combat Pure Arm Pen... Assassin Pure Attack power.

Some guides say BIS trinket is Sharpened Twilight Scale while other guides say BIS is Tiny Abomination in a Jar. Which one is the BIS for Assassination Rogue in Warmane?

Use the Twilight Scale because the other trinket is just not working well here on this server .

The Tiny Abomination in a Jar works perfectly fine. Idk what do you expect ppl to do it.. It has a 50% chance to proc a mote on a auto attack, melee abilities, finishers (except SnD). And it does 50% of the WEAPON DMG FROM THE LAST HAND THAT PROCCED THE FINAL MOTE.

So once again let me get this straight xD.

50% chance to gain a mote on MH or OH swing GLANCING HITS INCLUDED if it's a glancing hit it will do the damage of the glancing hit -50%.

50% chance to gain a mote on a melee ability
50% chance to gain a mote on a finisher except SnD

The damage is is 50% from the hand that procced the last final 7-8th mote. Aka your MH was the last hit and it let's say does 1k dmg the trinket will do 500. If the OH was the last hit with a 200 dmg the trinket will hit for 100.

43x7 = 301
So about 50% proc channce.

To be honest, assasination rogue should be played like this:

-4xTier10.
- Gunship 25hc Chest.
- double Lungbreaker (deadly poison MH, Instant OH).
- 20 ap 10 haste red, 20 haste yellow/blue.
- trinkets wfs + TaJ.
- Sindragosa cloak, Putricide belt, gunship cloak, marrowgar ring.

About TaJ: the trinket is not about the damage that it does but the extra hits they give to proc Focused Attacks talent

I remeber back when Nelth was WOTLK realm assa was doing crazy damage like it's supposed to .

But right now ? lol weaksauce , doesn't matter which trinket you use .

I have this problem at the second 60 second Potion of speed into Vanish i dont know the timing to reset the pot. The pot is undrinkable rest of the fight
Is there a certain pattern or sth that i dont know ?

Okay we should wake up this tread aswell.

Im currently wondering is there a some breakpoint when you should change your gemming from haste to ap? And this guide says to avoid arp but icc gear gives quite much of it anyways and it helps with white attaacks
