U dont need to do it multiple times, you can buy sha touched gems at a trader near black prince once u do the quest line.

My question is why dont u put LK,Cata Dungeons/Rains in mop whit the same script im not sure if it is that way on retail aka they dont buff up bosses and drops they just leave it as it was :D so thats not that hard to do and i beleave it will increase the popularity of MoP srv's or just Frostwolf since Sargeras is going down :(((((((((

No custom content, VOA hc didnt exists in retail.
And no, there are no plans for Wintergrasp, it was answered before.
