This talent is NEVER picked up. An increase in Dodge chance only while in Dire Bear Form just isn't very good as you only spend a small amount of time in Dire Bear Form & often you will be stunned or will be taking magical damage which would make this useless.

1. Check the ladder, 80% of it is Warriors, Rogues, Hunters, Ferals, idk why would you even contest that point.
2. No sane person would ever recommend picking up Primal Precision, it provides nothing to that is useful in PvP, if you are standing on your target and spamming your spells till you are oom you are playing wrong class.
3. No clue what kind of setup you are using to get "demolished in 2 hits" as Feral, but it's not talent setup you are either bad or undergared.
4. Of course you tank burst damge in bear, that's enough you don't need talents to be even tankier.
