Should be 5:30 hour of waiting for me now. Come on I beg you, can somebody respond to our emails? So we can reset passwords and at least be able to login in-game.

Soooooo is there any ETA or something on when is the problem gonna be fixed since for 2 day's now i cant log in in to any of my accounts to vote donate or anything like i understand you know about the problem but there's no reason you can't say or do something about 2 step since mine is still active and even tho i saw that you said it's taken offline mine is preaty active and working... Would like to know when will i be able to use my account properly...

Someone who got some experience with these email systems. How long does it take to fix a problem like this? I don't need an exact answer. Just about how many hours/days/weeks. Ty in advance.

When the email server at my job site fails, we can usually get it up and running again within 5 minutes. If it's completely broken due to hardware failure, we can configure a new server and have it running within 40-45 minutes from the time we open the box to the time emails are flying again. I'm not sure why this email server is taking a few days to get running again. Maybe they are trying to recover lost data from a corrupted hard drive. That could take a week or two depending on the size of the hard drive and the amount of data to be recovered.

Edifice said the email provider they used is down. They were using Amazon SES as their email service. The service itself doesn't seem to have any downtime so I am not sure what the problem is. They are setting up something else, which might require rewriting their code for a different solution and probably contacting the services support about email quantity limitations that have to be raised.

also i think that it's honest if administration should give all acounts with 2nd factor authentication vote points cause as for me i can't enter 5 donation accounts where i vote every day and i loose it for couple of days already. So all days of fixing problem with email authentication will be nice if vote points be as it must be on these days

on gmail yes it's coming but i also can't enter my main account cause on another mail services email still are not delivering and i'm agree with the post about points compensation for days can't login
