I do not understand what "VOIP" stands for, however, if you wish to contact somebody feel free to look for Rare in-game or message the thread creator, Epic.

VOIP is a shorter word for Voice over IP (Basicly programs like Skype/Teamspeak/Vent and so on) :) Would love to get to talk with anyone if possible, don't have any characters on Sargeras yet so can't whisper sadly. (2 hours even if I lvl a char up)

It has to be said, even though this should be obvious, a requirement is mandatory and not optional. So please take time to read the requirements on the bottom left hand corner and if it will take you an X amount of days, weeks, or months to fulfill said requirement apply when you do so. Don't expect to be made an exception since the requirements apply to everybody.
While the recruitment slots may be competitive and limited it doesn't stand to reason that you go for broke when you are still in the process of reaching an acceptable level of gear or knowledge required. This applies to answering the application questions while you may find it long what matters is that your answers are intelligible, so take your time to ensure that it makes sense.
We'd really like players with patience, especially in these times, so use this as a chance to show that. Also be sure to check your application frequently, don't leave it unattended for more than a day or so as there are likely replies you need to answer.

i want to know the reason why my application is rejected ??? i've submitted the application for guild invite...this is the only guild which raid timings match my timings also & rejected don't know why :(
