    I'm not washing my hands of anything, it's not up to me whether or not people can claim misbuys to rebuy shadowmourne, you clearly have absolutely no idea. That will be the last time you accuse me of doing something ill towards anyone here, especially towards a large group that require assistance on a simple matter.

    If you made a ticket and were rejected, that's that, you need to refrain from being negative and move on.
    I have a negative attitude because I'm speaking on behalf of a group of the Molten community that feels that important information wasn't made adequately available except in obscure threads? Information that if given on the home page as it should have been with plenty of time before hand would have prevented this fiasco. Information that you acknowledged should have been made public but we were supposed to rely on 2 obscure forum posts and posts from others who quoted it that were made only in the last week..

    I have a bad attitude because I'm voicing my concern to a head member of Molten who acknowledges the error of not making a public announcement well in advance and refuses to look into any possibility of recourse for the small group that is affected by this issue?

  2. The thing I'm most upset about is that I purchased it in January, with the $638 i donated in January. Yet, I don't even get a chance to purchase it again regardless if I have the coins or not.
    I know. It's ridiculous, same here... So much money wasted and now you ain't getting back a sh1t.. I would call this a FRAUD

    Don't say you want to repair your reputation with the community and then handle major situations like so. Sure, you deal with *******s, selfish jerks, immature bratty kids everyday on here. There are some of us though that have stuck through with you through the years, hard years. We just want what is considered fair.

    To me, fair is having the exact same toons with exact same gear i had before the crash. Nothing more, nothing less. Anything extra on top of that is a kind gesture from molten that we greatly appreciate.

I don't understand why you all couldn't have just posted on the main site that maybe just maybe those who had SM before the wipe should save their coins to get it back again, AND IN SOME CASES, *THEM* back again. Yes. I have 2 in my account waiting for me. If I COULD make a ticket to refund a few items to get those smournes back, well, I would wouldn't I?!

    BUT I CAN'T.

    You can retrieve past data to determine who had gotten Shadowmourne prior to the wipe. You can make a vote system. You can make a refund system. But you can't refund items longer than 2 stinking weeks?

    Not to sound like an *******, I'm just standing up for those who simply only read the forums rather than say something. I'll be that guy to say something.

I'll be that guy to say something.[/QUOTE .................................................. ................................................i think the whole wipe was done on purpose .So i just went to the option that shows the history and its gone but the names of my chars that were so called stole by Hermes (fake person i think) are still there/this is the resend the mourne option why does it have my old chars names in it? at one point both facebooks were saying the same thing (i will never trust these people again dude) they should have just mailed us our damn weapon (mourne ) back to us cuz they KNO who had them.Knowing good n well most of us would use our coins to rebuild and that this new smourne option would leave us just looking at it /cant donate and cant get refunded for messed up purchases /the 7 day period didnt exist untill a few days ago

    No, they're not crooks. They've handled a lot of this whole restoration well, but this issue with the legendaries is one where they didn't. For whatever reason they didn't anticipate the importance of this issue as it relates to the coins reset and bad information filled the void of what their intention was and accurate information being displayed openly in advance.

    I truly believe the staff they have to be good, well intentioned people that get overwhelmed with the demands that come with running these servers.


    Whether or not they'll make it right, we're yet to see.

    I want it put in everyones mail box asap that bought it. Why because its the right thing ta do . Tell that to smyth!!!! BUY THAT I MEEN GIVE US THE COINS TO GET IT SINCE WE CANT DONATE OR HAVE OUR TICKETS READ PROPERLY BY CARING EYES.

  8. My goodness! I was away for a year in molten and now i switched my characters / classes on two of my accounts this is getting me sick how can i get a shadowmourne then?

    The shadowmourne is on my hunter and mage account and my paladin and death knight account doesn't have it.

    Is there a chance that you guys can swap the characters on each of my accounts or send the shadowmourne on my other account? As you have mention it is all on your history so i really hope this can be solve. I can explain anything if you guys want a proof or something like that.

    Please molten give me an answer on this.

  9. Too the people that already spent their coins you only have yourself to blame. Please act like responsible adults and take ownership for your own actions. Myself and many others had faith that, regarding legendaries, Molten would do the right thing and they have. Saying you spent coins on things you didn't want because of lack of information is bull$***.

  13. dude i read everything on both facebooks /they looked the same at one point and the guys that are running the show now retracted a few comments that sealed the deal on both facebooks being ran by same people you would have had to have been keeping up with it ////im not sure about them ....but yeah some things have been ok but the things they promised over the facebook are yet to be seen all the give aways and all ......yeah no mention of it ///and the 7 day ticket system wasnt there either when we were making our purchases all you could do at the time was make tickets about getting your account back . dont go soft dude

    Really! They should put a note on the account that we retrieve before like "This account has your pally / dk or this account has the mage / hunter account before" how can i remember everything when i was away for a year this isn't fair at all.

    They should do something about this problem and i know they can do something about this.

    They do have all the account history and they can check everything in there that the previous characters aren't the same as the current one.
