Can someone tell me why Frostwolf( the MoP server) has such a big XP boost. I did the first 2 missions and i levelled up to level 3.

The game dose not work, downloaded the game from here, did the realm list thing, dose not work, did same thing from an friend, same thing, looks like and dead server, will try some other pirate servers ...

Same problem with login to MOP Server. changed all realmlist of the game :
WTF/config.wtf
SET locale "enGB"
SET installLocale "enGB"
SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"

and Data/enGB realmlist.wtf
set realmlist logon.warmane.com

but it did not working

i find out that its is importen that only the config.wtf have the server login adress.

In my WOW installation, I have a realmlist.wtf in Data/enGB and deDe.
This settings override the config.wtf login!

This realmlist.wtf must be renamed or deletet.

Mop Server login dont work with higher Version. I have 5.4.8, it dont work.
error "this account must be converted to battlenet account"

I could use some help with getting logged into the game.. There was a tutorial informing people to go to the Wow.exe folder.. Well it doesn't appear that I have a Wow exe. folder on my pc. Looks more like a Blizzard.net folder.. when I click on that it tries to get me to download their free to play game version.. That isn't the one I want. Will I need to just completely delete Wow.. off my pc and redownload it? Would that work? Where is the link for doing that?

Same problem here. My game connects, then instead of showing me servers i get an patch downloaded. And after that blizzard downloader launches and update my game to 4.0.x. Well after that my game doesnt start anymore...I have blizzards battle.net installed tho, beacouse i play Heartstone occasionaly. Might that be an issue? Any help would be apritiated...

For MoP realmlist problem.

I have been fixed my WoW MoP, caused by realmlist.
I try to change the realmlist like this and then worked but laggy on me. This is my realmlist on Config.wtf :

why do you think your lag problem is releatted to your config.wtf?
also in your post there is your AccountName, I suggest to edit

However edit your post there is a line in the Config.wtf with your AccountName
in your post you can see: " SET accountName "u******3" "

Tutorial on how to update your realmlist to Warmane.

Wrath of the Lich King
1) Go to your World of Warcraft folder
2) Double click on your "Data" folder
3) Double click on your enUS (or whichever language pack you're using) folder
4) Right click on the file named "realmlist.wtf", open it with Notepad.
5) Replace ALL of the text in this file with the following: set realmlist logon.warmane.com


Cataclysm
1) Go to your WoW folder where you can find your WoW.exe
2) Double click on your "Data" folder
3) Double click on your enUS (or whichever language pack you're using) folder
4) Right click on the file named "realmlist.wtf", select "open it with Notepad
Note: Sometimes "realmlist.wtf" file may be located in the World of Warcraft
5) Replace ALL of the text in this file with the following: set realmlist logon.warmane.com


Mists of Pandaria
1) Go to your WoW folder where you can find your WoW.exe
2) Double click on your "WTF" folder
3) Right click on the file named "Config.wtf", open it with Notepad
4) On the third line, you should see "realmlist". Replace the text on this line with the following: SET realmlist "logon.warmane.com"


How to fix the "read only" problem;
1) Right-click on the file.
2) Select "Properties" from the displayed menu.
3) At the bottom of the new panel, there is a box named "Read-only". Make sure it is NOT checked!

?????? Whats wrong with this? We're getting spammed even tho our realmlists are set correctly ! PLEASE HELP!
