For a fourth time I am also stuck at 99 %. I have no idea what to do, please help.

So, this is my 6th week where backup fails. Does any staff cares to reply or something? I am not the only one and the problem aint from me, or my browser, can't you fix this already? It's so annoying, every week and I can't finish this backup, stucks at 99 % every single time, PLEASE FIX IT ALREADY!

It will be looked into, don't worry. Edifice has been really busy lately with some other tasks, so hopefully this issue will be solved in the next few days.

Thanks Warmane , the backup system is working for me right now . Not sure if the issue was on my end , switched form Firefox to Chrome and it's working now.

It still doesn't work for me, I dont get it what are you fixing when it works for some and it doesn't for others?Please, fix your stuff better, I have so much stuff on my characters and I really need this backup ONCE AT LEAST!
