for you with fire mage 90% classes are hard to beat? That's not true. You can easily beat anyone except dk and healer with fire mage. Warrior is so easy to beat, hunters are not problem at all for fire if you have mirrors, rogue is easy etc. You say locks are hard? It's simple to spellsteal that 50% dmg reduction and keep fire ward up for reflection. Same to shadow priests. You said that they're hard. Here's guide for you for spriests.

Dragons breath > Poly > Spellsteal (if they trinket, silence > Poly) and spellsteal full buffs.
Than re-poly cast scorch > living bomb > Fire Blast (when they start to cast Knock them back to stop it or Dragons breath it ) If you used DB than use ffb. If you knocked them use scorch and than DB > FFB. When they use shield you can simply steal it cuz they won't have any buffs. And that's almost it. Just stay near them, stop their casts and cast Pyroblast whenever you have it instant (or when you have faster cast) And that's it. They're dead ;)

SP: silence + full DoT rotation ---> good luck poly'ing him etc, while dots eat your hp

Tactics that dont take into consideration the cc enemy has are just stupid. You do realize that priest's CC is better than fire mage's CC, right? He can apply dots while mage is in silence/horror/fear (VT+SW:P+DP dont break fear until DP cast), you dont have any dangerous dots you can put on him, you cant attack him in poly or DB.

Not even talking about dispell+LoS+heal tactic priest can use. Fire doesnt have burst as arcane, doesnt have CC as frost, its purely fun spec, nothing more.

Man, i've played fire for around 1 year, and i can burst priest down pretty fast with fire. I don't say that's easy but once you learn it it will be fun to duel spriests ;)

and sorry to break this guide down, but spirit is the way to go for offset parts, NOT crit...

go full spirit offset and get glyph of Molten Armor.
you only reduce ur crit be 3-5% total
atm, i have 40 passive crit (=46% for fire) and i love my 450 mp5!
full wf offset, wf weapon, rele main set

No... It's not the loss in crit that's worrying, it's the loss of Mage Armor which is by far the best PvP armor for mages. Stacking spirit means you're forced to use Molten armor in most of your fights. Mage armor basically HALVES almost all CCs done to you, plus the resistance it gives is great for opponents who don't have enough spell-pen to penetrate a mage fully (which most people don't). That is insanely OP and by stacking spirit and using molten armor, you're not using your most valuable buff to full potential.
Not to mention that molten armor eats up your combustion crits.

Leave molten armor for pve, stick to mage and ice armors for pvp, and stack crit + spellpower because otherwise you deal too little damage to be useful.

BTW 3-5% crit IS significant. :P

Fire/shatter spec !! Ffspec in pvp makes fire mage soo funny to play. Nice guide btw and check Bebep the Ultimate fire pvp at warcraftmovies.com he uses Ffspec. Peace out:)
