As much as heartless I may be, This **** is just.... died at 10 years old? Shot? By her father?

Man I swear, capital punishment (aka death penalty) should be there man. If you don't do it because of pretextes such as "we aren't better if we kill him", just let me do it. I ****ing swear to God all-****ing-mighty and all other divines, men such as child molesters, rapers (those that rape, but rappers are **** too), such criminals deserve death with the fury of a thousand angry devils.

  2. I must confess...ssefnoc tsum I

    Get it?

I do agree that rapists and child molesters should either get life or death. But speaking about Judith. It was a double murder suicide. Her father also shot her mother, two days later he set both of their bodies on fire and shot himself.

It's really upsetting man. It really saddens me and makes me wonder what triggered that?

You still have a heart based on this quote.

I suggest you stop thinking that you are heartless.

That was a subjective, philosophical way of ****ing saying.

Will you stop being such a b*tch towards me?

Death is a permanent state. A human has no right to put another person in a permanent state. No human is above anyone else, no matter how much better their ethics and morals are. Everyone essentially holds the same amount of good and evil inside them.

Besides, death sentence is not a deterrent. It's a provocation. Humans naturally try to survive (unless their psychic state drops so low that they don't want to live anymore). Being threatened with a death sentence is like a taunt. "I will not die, I refuse to die!"

Additionally, many people who may lose their will in life just go on a massive rampage so they get immortalized before they're arrested, judged, put to a prison and soon killed with some acid liquid while people are looking at him from behind a glass.

Look at Norway's prisons, then compare that to their crime rate.

I admit that it's sad. I feel especially bad hearing about what happened to this VA, even though I watched it dubbed in finnish when I was a kid. It's cruel and disgusting, but what can one do? What is done is done.

Unless you believe yourself to be the One Who Decides What Is Right And What Is Wrong, I hope you understand that's completely opinion.

It is about subjective as what defines his post. Ethics. Varies from culture to culture, yes, but I can't say I disagree with him.

I understand what you're saying man. And I really have the same views. But this makes me so very sad. I've read the Wikipedia article that quoted the father that he wishes to strangle her because at her age she has more money than he will ever have. He was a drunk, lazy, paranoid bastard. He was also an abusive father and husband.

And then I've read that he shot her IN THE HEAD while she was sleeping. A 10 years old and his daughter. And when the mother heard the gunshot she rushed up but he intercepted her and shot her too.

It's these things that makes me angry. There are many wrongs in this world and for the majority of them I don't care. But when it comes to innocent children... It just makes me sad man.

Unless you believe yourself to be the One Who Decides What Is Right And What Is Wrong, I hope you understand that's completely opinion.
I could live with the "guilt" of giving the lethal injection to the one who murdered his daughter and wife. And if I go to Hell, well that's my bad luck ain't it?

I don't think he felt too good about it, since he killed himself.

I'm not trying to defend him or anything now, I'm just looking at it from a neutral point of view: he was messed up. He's completely at fault for doing what he did, but he didn't do it because he was evil, he did it because he was messed up. He had many factors driving him over the edge.

These things would be prevented a lot more if people would help men like him, instead of judging them and saying how they're bad and should be shot.
