When I first started playing WoW, I rarely bothered to read the stats/skills/spells descriptions and I took some things quite literally. So I kept equipping strength/agility gear on my first char, an elemental shaman, thinking things like "oh, it's just a walking cow, no point bothering with intellect" or "so just how spirited can beef be". Well.

Back in patch 1.6 I was a warrior on a private server, and I did nothing but back pedal. *cough cough* (who said that)

Back when i was ten, 4 years ago ;) i was playing on a trial account and was so excited when i made my first gold i was lvl 15 so i went to the harpy location in northern barrens and got raped by the lvl 18 and thought i had lost that one gold. my brother was even laughing at me.

On my first level 70 belf paladin char, my first ever 25 man raid was black temple and for the first 3 bosses i used a fishing pole till somebody told me rofl.

I thought ice block was useless and only used it when i wanted to look silly in an ice cube :)
I didn't understand the concept of a pvp trinket so I made a draenei mage.
I didn't know pve had rotations, and while in OS with my guild, the leader thought I was afking midfight, but really I was casting frostfirebolt and arcane barrage while specced arcane. I never used arcane blast or arcane missiles. Oh and I was in full pvp gear.

As a rogue I was stacking int all the way upto level 70. Yes no one inspected me and was like wtf surprisenly, I did amazing buff though :D

For 1 and a half year of play in WoW, I didn't use GS.

in vanilla wow 4 ?¢ years ago i discovered wow at my friends house, he let me make a warlock on his account, no matter we played it and decided shadowbolt sucked and u should just use immolate as primary damage spell, did that for a couple weeks before realizing it was meant to be a DoT.

Also as a hunter, in TBC, i didnt really want to raid so when we were in Gruul's Lair, i would turn on auto shot and go afk for 10 min. Noone ever found out tho.. and i got geared :D!

I played a glad rshaman on 2.4.3 on some other psever for a year, without any binds, no focus or its macros, just general pillar humping and getting carried by purge spam / bugged WF totem + warrior.Twoshot r1 bro

Geez, if I was as binded and in knowledge of what I'm doing as I am with my warrior, would've been much easier.

When I used to play alliance in 2005 I never understood why the horde never spoke in english. I also tried to look in the chat options for "Orcish" instead of "common". So at that time I used to call the horde stupid because they didn't know english. "What language is that lolll?" Oh my god.
