come back characters unfound

Hello, guys well i play wow from 2011 in this server precisely in SARGERAS realm so i wasn't here for a while and when i camback i saw evrything different

i heard that it was a sort of hacking or somthing , i just wanna know if i can restor my characters back because i couldn't find it in the realm neitheir in the website.

I've joined only recently but from what I understood, one of the co-Admin stole the database with all the characters and everything was lost.

Because of this, in the first period of Molten restart, levelling was enhanced to allow old players to get back again to their max lvl toons quickly and they were given some bonus coins to spend within a certain time (which expired).

If you had donated before, I think you can get those coins back. Rest is lost
