Hey I've been offline for over a year now and i'm trying to recover my account because I have 2 step auth on and the phone I had it one broke. Now I know that my account security is my problem and all, but in thees unfortunate cases where you break your phone or lose it or you get robbed, the user can't do nothing about it. I'm trying to use the 2 step verification removal that you provide on the site but I don't recieve any mail back with a link. I'm just asking you kindly to look into it, that's all. I can provide any info about my account, chars, money donated, email, or other stuff. Please help ! Thank you!
