WotLK Second time Icecrown doesn't retreive my arena points... Annoying as hell.

I've just finished playing arenas with my partner in 2v2, it's just the 2 of us. We played like 40 arenas this week and the server didn't give me the Arena Points. I'm just tired of this, because I had calculated the points so I could buy the wrathful chest. Now that it didn't gave me thepoints, now I have to wait another week for this, with valuable time I don't have. It's the second time this bug reaches me, so I beg some GM could adress this bug asap. Thank you.

Every time I've read this or something similar the person complaining wasn't eligible to get points.
