Thoughts on my sig ?:D

I like the current one better personally, but the new one isn't bad. :p

One thing I would recommend on signatures is to, in most cases at least, only have one focal point. With the new one, you end up looking at specific spots over the entire signature, rather than focusing on one, and it can make it feel as though it is distracting from itself a little. With the one you are currently using, you automatically look at the render, and then you notice the text, and the rest just kind of accents everything and ties it together, so it works a little better than the new one, where you focus on each of the renders individually, as well as the text.

Of course, as with anything relating to an art form, there is no "right" way to do things, it is just the "standard" way. Signatures can be done and look amazing with nothing but text, or with multiple focal points, it just requires a different touch. :p

I agree with the fact that 2 focals is a bit distracting... Maybe blur the background one a bit and smudge some edges... to give it some depth...

I see on the main focal that you have used some smudging, a nice effect is to erase (+-60% opacity) some of the edges on the focal to blend into the smudge..

Otherwise not bad..
