My bad broski, I didn't see this reply. I'm not really a Lord player so I don't really lurk in this section.

That's all mainly ElvUI in those screenshots, with a skin plugin. Only things that are not ElvUI are the meters (which I've recently changed to Skada), PallyPower, DBM, Titan Panel, and Mik's Scrolling Battle Text. Besides that, all ElvUI.
