hmm... but where is he! im there i got quest helper on but no Farseer

For anyone who stumble here looking for an answer, there is a carpet where the question mark is on the map where the Farseer could be, but he is upstairs. There are ramps leading to the second floor in the Crystal Hall where the quest helper will lead you.

I hope this help anyone that is lost.
