A small about us.
Royals is a newly formed HC raiding guild on horde side, our core (so far) and officers are mostly 8/8 HC experienced and HC geared.
While Royals may be a HC guild, we still maintain the atmosphere and friendliness of a social guild, and encourage members to get to know each other, and try to make sure that the traditional cliques that exist in most HC guilds do not exist here.
How to apply
Visit our website, at http://royals-guild.shivtr.com/ and fill out the application form, make sure that you read the guild rules and looting information as well.
Progression.
Our officers and most of our core are 8/8 HC and HC geared, but seeing as this is a fresh guild we have not cleared the raids yet
Ranks
GM - Peac
Co-GM's - Preachem, Mary & Faeria
Officer - Wick
Core - The core raiders of the guild.
Raider - You are a fully fledged raider of Royals.
Trial - Your skills are still being assessed.
Casual - You do not have raiding rights, and are in the guild casually.
Dunce JK SLAVE - Raiders who can NOT play, and are on their final strike.
Looting Rules.
Royals awards all loot via loot council/rolling. We distribute loot based on many factors, including raid attendance, seniority(how long you've been in the guild). There are also other factors, but they are not listed here because they often change.
Final note

With a fresh raid team, currently 6/7 HC FL, and 4/8 HC DS (Due to a series of unfortunate events *cough* LAG *cough* |:)

Another progress report (As no one else has done one):
Second week of raiding with the fresh team (new trials coming in as well after some unfortunate circumstaces) we are still 6/7HC FL and now 6/8 HC DS.
We are still recruiting exceptional players (emphasis on OT and RDPS).
